Processing, Shipping & Handling

Processing time:

The processing time for your order is typically 3-5 business days. This timeframe is determined by the financial institutions (banks) involved in handling payments and transactions, rather than being directly controlled by the owner or customer. Factors such as bank processing times and payment verification procedures influence this duration. We strive to ensure that everything proceeds as smoothly as possible but the exact processing time ultimately depends on these external financial systems (banks). Please note weekends and holidays are not included in processing times as most financial institutions do not process payments during the weekends and holidays. 

Shipping:

Availability of hair/wigs on hand fluctuates as orders come in, as a result hair may be shipped directly from the vendor at times. Rest assured the after payment processes, the time frame for orders to be shipped out is still 1-3 days whether on hand or directly from the vendor. 

Returns:

We do accept returns on both bundles and wigs however they MUST be in original packaging and not altered in ANY way. NO EXCEPTIONS

Transit Times: 

Please note we can’t control any delays. Once package is placed with the carrier it is out of our hands, however we care about our customers and want to help as much as possible so please contact us if you have not received your order.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address if no response order with be canceled and payment refunded.
